I was pleasantly surprised to find I really enjoyed this movie. Originally only saw it because it was what my family wanted to do Thanksgiving evening, which was kind of perfect since there's a Thanksgiving dinner scene in this very film. A very touching story of a boy most would have forgotten finding a new family and a successful career in a sport he originally knew nothing about. You might expect a kind from the bad part of town to be more dangerous, but Michael Orr is just the opposite - almost protective to a fault. Very touching especially how quickly he attaches to S.J.

This premier was the first film my husband and I went to as a married couple. Oddly enough, we both enjoy the series. We enjoy laughing at the awkwardness and absurdity in the story as much as we enjoy the unique characters and entrancing web that makes up the Twilight Saga. New Moon was especially a pleasant surprise as we really liked what they did with the wolves. We knew from the books not to expect much from Edward in this film, but Jacob made up for the lack of the absent main character with a fantastic performance that left the theater just as excited as the first film did.
