My Love Will Last Until the End of Time by Nanako Haida

This is an interesting take on a reincarnation story where there are multiple characters who are reincarnated. Hiroto and Kou make sense given the relationship between Prince Luke and Mika, but we also have Brian who is an odd addition to the mix. Hiroto isn't mistaken when he points out that Brian is acting more and more like his past self at times; he tends to slip a lot when it comes to names as well. It is curious that Brian and Hiroto regain their memories at the same time, but it takes meeting Hiroto and being together for awhile before Kou starts to remember, and he only remembers flashes at first until the fever hits him as well. Fortunately, it seems Hiroto's fears are unfounded and these two really do get a chance at their own happily ever after.
