This series is ongoing, so it's a bit strange marking it as "read", but who knows when it will be finished either. As of this moment, I've read English translations through chapter 49. Nadia is betrayed by her family and dies in her first life, only to wake up prior to her first engagement with the chance to live again and maybe change her fate. Oddly, her previous fiancée seems to actually have wanted a relationship with her, which does bring up questions regarding her sisters claims. It's clear her sister has no issue with lying and twisting the narrative to her own purpose. Still, Nadia and Glenn seem to be a good match, if not somewhat odd to begin with. Can't help but hope that things will ultimately work out for these two.
