The Feisty Omega and His Twin Mates 3 by Ryo Ayamine

It's a little hard to follow things as we have multiple interactions, some flashing back to the stabbing, and others somewhere in between events as they wait to see when Tomoya will wake up. In the meantime, Natsuo is studying (we later learn on how to nurse Tomoya back to health), and Yuya is on the verge of working himself into a matching hospital bed if not for Natsuo forcing him to take a break when he can. It seems like things with Iku have worked out for the best, but in the meantime, Yuya is in protective overdrive when it comes to Natsuo, which is not helped much with his waning energy as he tries to cover his own work and Tomoya's. Of course, the series couldn't continue as it is without Tomoya rejoining the land of the living and the trio making their way back home. Given the genre and their genders, it isn't so surprising that there's plenty of steamy scenes as well, despite the continuous complaints of "holding back" due to Tomoya's injury. Even more hilarious is Natsuo's realization that he has never actually admitted his feelings out loud to either of his mates. If he thought they were clingy before..... yikes.

The Feisty Omega & His Twin Mates 2 by Ryo Ayamine

Things take an interesting turn when the past comes back again, forcing Natsuo to face the beginning of his fears with his omega biology as he's asked to help a small child suspected to also be an omega who has not yet presented. It seems in the process of everything, Tomoya and Natsuo have both figured out Yuya is Natsuo's fated mate, however, Tomoya still loves Natsuo, and Natsuo has accepted his new life with both twins, meaning he has no intention of leaving Tomoya even if he meets his own fated mate along the way. The side story at the end makes it seem like Tomoya's injury is forgotten, when it seems like the hospital is the actual end of the volume. Hopefully Iku will also be safe now that he's returned to his brother and the past doesn't repeat.

Natsuo hates being an omega even though they are currently protected even by the government due to their dwindling numbers. The last thing he expects then is to find not just one fated mate, but two as they are twin brothers. While the brothers are clearly close, they don't appear to have any personal relationship other than the relationship they both have together with Natsuo. Even then, it's an unusual relationship to say the least. Natsuo's mother may be the most surprising character in this world building given her original situation in the hospital before she meets the "big brothers". Yuya and his brother Tomoya seem to be very successful alphas and care not just for Natsuo, but his family as well, which sounds like it could be unusual given the status of omega care laws and the lengths they go to even though they all often fall to their own natures (including Natsuo) to try and put him more at ease.

Takeru is visiting his grandfather's old home when he meets Kazune in a rather unusual fashion. From the flashbacks we see later on, it seems they may have met much earlier, but it's unclear if either of them remember or realize that it's the same individual. Takeru is afraid Kazune only sees his grandfather, while also struggling with being different in the same way his grandfather was - resulting in the rest of the family thinking that they are crazy, though everyone around him can see Kazune just fine when he comes home with him. It's rather confusing to tell when someone should or should not be able to see or hear something Takeru does, though it also seems perhaps some of his perception has strengthened a bit since Kazune entered his life. These two come together through some very unusual odds, but in reality both just want to be loved and no longer be lonely.
