Penguins Can't Fly by Katherine Sully

Quentin and Billy are very different little penguins, but that doesn't mean they aren't both good little birds. Quentin learns they can't fly in the sky, but swimming under the water is great, too. Billy might not be able to sit still and learn things like Quentin, but he has the adventurous spirit to keep the two from getting stuck. The two friends really do play to each other's strengths growing up.
